If we could give BMZ Building Concepts more than 5 stars, we would. We hired Bill to install a new swimming pool for us at our AZ home. When my husband reached out to Bill via telephone, Bill called him back within minutes and had a wealth of knowledge, tips, and advice for us. Within a day of his first visit to our place, he sent us 3D renderings of what the pool and landscaping would look like. We LOVED his ideas. We live in a gated community and at times, working with our HOA can be difficult. Bill handled the HOA with us with ease and continued to do so during the entire duration of the installation. I would also like to mention that the home he installed our pool at is not a full-time home. While Bill and his employees were working on our place, Bill noticed water coming out of our garage door – we had a flood and THANK GOODNESS Bill noticed, called us immediately, arranged restoration services for us and was on-site daily ensuring that our home would be back to good as new. Again, we highly recommend BMZ Building Concepts and we will for sure be using this company in the future!

Working with Bill from BMZ was honestly one of the best/ smoothest experiences I have had with a large scale project ..ever! He communicated every step to me so I knew exactly what was happening and who was going to be at my house. He and his crew worked incredibly fast and also did quality work . from breaking ground to water in the finished project was 5 week ! Working with Bill from the very beginning of designing our pool, to selecting the tile and finish to the finished product was a great experience. Bill was absolutely a pleasure to work with. His response time and care for us and the project was 10/10. We met with Bill late march for a quote and within a few days he had sent over a mock digital pool for us to see his vision. We immediately locked down on saying yes. He quotes us 2-3 months for completion and to our pleasant surprise he was done in two. The few issues that did arise with parts out of his or ours control, bill was very much on top of trying to help speed them up as much as he could to help us navigate. Since the pool has been completed a week ago, he has come by to personally check on everything and add chemicals and explain the systems for us to ensure our expectations have been met. More than met! If your looking for a friendly company and owner with out the stresses of meeting with a larger company , BMZ i would highly highly recommend.

BMZ Building Concepts were great! I was referred to by and friend, and he wasn’t wrong. Right from the start Bill was professional, considerate and understanding. Our pool was old and the Pebble Tec was falling off in chunks. The quote to replace all new tile and pebble tec was reasonable given the amount of supplies and labor involved to complete this job.
